Current literature suggests, we primarily expect improvements in your balance, affecting gait, dorsiflexion and physical activity levels. We also anticipate enhancements in neuropathy-related symptoms, including reflex activity, vibration sensitivity, proprioception and touch sensitivity to get better. First noticeable changes can occur after 4-6 weeks.
There are no known contraindications or side-effects for this training. It has been performed with oncological patients for years, even in isolation. You may of course experience muscle soreness similar to other exercise.
The recommended exercises are evidence based. We have dedicated 17 years of research into the topic and are now working to bring the research results to you, as a patient, physician or therapist. You can read more about our published findings here.

No specific equipment is required. If you wish to diversify your exercises after some time, options include balance pads and wobbly boards etc.
